how often should i work out if i take creatine?
I have been working 2 different muscle groups on each day I work out, mon/wed/fri, while doing cardio almost every day. I have started to take Creatine Ethyl Ester, I believe thats how you spell it, anyway I'm being told by friends that I should start working out every weekday and take weekends off. Is this a smart idea or should I keep doing what I have been doing? I'm trying to Build Muscle faster but I don't wanna accedentally go overboard.
To answer your title question, you should take creatine on workout days only. Creatine Ethyl Ester is a very good creatine as it gets absorbed into Your Body better, and you have less bloat as compared to using Creatine Monohydrate.
As far as you wroking out 3 days a week then that's fine, considering that you are trying to build muscle. However, it's the types of workouts that you are doing that may generate you gaining Muscle Mass. Are you doing bulking routines? Are you doing compound exercises? Cardio? Your mon/wed/fri schedule should be good enough for you, as your body needs time in between exercises to grow... hope this helps.
