Which are the best Digestive Enzymes for IBS?
Can anyone recommend the best Digestive Enzyme for IBS? - I've tried Enzymedica Digest Gold in the past and have also been given a Rx for Ultrase to use as a digestive enzyme but the Ultrase is just too expensive - It cost me $240 for a bottle of 100 caps and I definitely can't afford that but I didn't really notice they helped me any anyway so wasn't planning on trying to get a refill for them. What I'm really interested in is finding out if there's any really potent effective OTC digestive enzymes out there. I'd rather take those. Can anyone who's suffering from IBS and takes digestive enzymes and have noticed that they really help with your symptoms please let me know what brand they are? Thanks in advance.
