if this is my daily diet, what essential vitamins should i take daily?
breakfast- cofee
94% fat free popcorn
Lunch- fat free frozen yogurt
Dinner- chicken cutlet with vegetables or steak with vegetables or an omlet or salad etc.
what vitamins should i take everyday? iron, calcium etc
You would do better without synthetic vitamins and eating more fruit.
