Drink Mix from Walmart- Are they ideal for everyday?
My family found this Great Deal at Walmart 12 quarts of drink for $1.98 Great Value: Drink Mix Iced Tea W/Peach, Iced Tea W/Lemon, and Lemonade. (They claim- Sugar Free, Calorie Free,Very Low Sodium) I wanted to know if this is bad for our heath, any side effects, and is it good/okay to consume everyday?
The ingredients for Iced Tea W/Peach are: Citric Acid, Decaffeinated Instant Tea, Maltodextrin, Aspartame, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Caramel Color, Acesulfame Potassium, Calcium Silicate, Magnesium Oxide, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Safflower and/Or Sunflower), Mono- and Diglycerides, Yellow 5, Red 40.
No. Iced tea=bad. Once okay. Every day, not good for you.
