Are "TWISTER" (from HB) suitable for vegetarians? (with ingredients list)?

I am a vegetarian and was wondering if they are suitable for vegetarians since they are one of my favourite ice creams.

Ingredients:
Water
Sugar
Reconstituted skimmed milk
Glucose-fructose Syrup
Whey solids
Acid (citric acid)
Reconstitued Cream
Vegetable fat
Stabilisers (locuts bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, pectin)
Beetroot juice(concentrate)
Flavourings emulsifier(mono- and di-glycerides)
Spinach Extract
Colour (curcumin)

P.S - I am lacto veggie, so I drink milk. Just sayin'

It's probably vegetarian, but you need to e-mail or call the company and ask them about the mono- and di-glycerides. They can be vegetable or animal in origin.
