isit ok to take z mass anabol at age of 16 even through it says its not recommended until aged 18?
it says to take 3 for men should i just take 2 .. and just to make sure .. do i spread it out in the day or do i take them all before bedtime ?
If it's not reccomended before age 18, it's not reccomended for a reason.
Namely because most of that stuff that is 18+ does something or another to change Your Body's chemical productions, or habits. As such they want to be sure that you are, at the very least, mostly done growing before you start taking it.
Besides you are 16, you don't need suppliments period. Your body produces everything that you need already in spades. Just remember, it takes time and work.
