How can I build more mass?
I can not seem to build more mass, although I am slowly getting stronger in the gym. I am currently 5'11" 167 lbs. My bench max is around 185-190, Squat 255, Deadlift 250-260, DB shoulder press 55lbs
Some supplements I am currently taking include:
GNC Raw Rebuilt-Mass Gainer
GNC Raw Ravage
Mega-men sport multivitamin
Health From the Sun Omega 3-6-9 Total EFA
Vitamin Code Raw B-12
Also have been using NO2 Red Pre Workout, and loading Creatine Monohydrate here and there but not real consistently
Anyone have any good suggestions as far as a workout plan, tips, etc. on how to gain solid mass?
I would like to be around 180, is my goal although I believe physical weight doesnt mean that much

other than all those supplements, Eat some sort of protein after your work out. You should also do a full body work out every now and then. they actually help with your testosterone levels. Using all your muscles at once acts as a natural steroid.
IF you want size, lift 6-8 reps until failure. 4 sets maybe 5 if you want. You also need to eat a lot of extra calories. But you probably already know this.
