Would remembering to eliminate the word ``forget`` from my vocabulary aid my memory?
How about words like `` tired`` for aiding my energy level?
How about the word ``fat`` for aiding my slimness?

Hello. Well it's not really the feeling you're eliminating but one of the words to describe it. If not "forget" then something else would replace it. Or I suppose that since you are remembering to forget the word "forget" that it couldn't aid your memory because even if you forget something you'll be concentrating on the word to describe it. Sorry for that last, borderline-unreadable, sentence. But a word can be changed. I went through a similar thing on a different question. If you remembered to say "remember" instead of "forget" you'd be changing your interpretation to a double meaning. As you're trying to remember something instead of saying, "I forgot something", you'd be saying, "Hey, I just remembered something!" Therefore, I'm not educated enough to comment directly on the effect on your memory, but your emotional reaction to certain feelings would be altered.
The same goes with "tired" and "fat". You can put a positive spin on any word or feeling by calling it whatever you decide. But since there are many many MANY different words that describe the same feelings, it would be hard to replace them all by forgetting one. But the old principle of "Out of sight, out of mind" doesn't always work. Thank you and Good bye.
