Vitamins/minerals for dark shadows under eyes?
On a channel 4 TV series a dietician/doctor always points out how being underwieght and bad nutrition can lead to dark shadows under the eyes and he says lack of a certain vitamin/mineral causes it but I can't remember which one!!! Does anyone know what it is???? Thanks!

I saw that on supersize vs superskinny,
Vitamins that help remove dark circles under eyes are Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Iron.
