What is a good Multi Vitamin for women?
I think i need to start taking a multi vitamin but i don't know which one i should take. I need one that i can get at walmart or somethin. I just don't feel as healthy as i should be lol i'm 16 if that matters.
Centrum is a great vitamin. Equate at WalMArt also makes a version of Centrum that is just as good, and cheaper.
Some vitamins don't dissolve in your stomach so are therefore of no use. To make sure your vitamin dissolves right and you're getting the nutrients, peform a simple test. Heat about a cup of vinegar until it is almost hot...about 115*F. Drop in your vitamin and if it dissolves in less than a half and hour, it dissolves in Your Body. If it doesn't dissolve, your body isn't getting the nutrients from it.
